The last part of our Italian baja beetle roadtrip is starting off very well; My dad’s starter motor stopped working.
Just hit it with a hammer and off she goes again 🙂
We’re getting closer and closer to our end destination (well, in the alps that is).. Monaco!
We are now almost at the end of our Alps trip.
We are almost at the border with France again, with a couple of old forts!
The first one is Fort Central, built back in 1881.
And the second one, very closeby is Fort de la Marguerie, built back in 1883
Lunch at Fort de la Marguerie, to me an iconic shot with two baja bugs and the scenery of The Alps in the background.
We made it down to the little village of Tende, from here it’s just a little step to Monaco.
